HiringThing is excited to announce that we’ve won the Best Software Product in the 2024 Big Innovation Awards.  Presented by the Business Intelligence Group, this is “awarded to a single product or product line launched or updated in the last 12 months whose innovative approach or product has caused market or customer disruption.”

Organizations from across the globe submitted their recent innovations for consideration in the BIG Innovation Awards. Nominations were then judged by a select group of business leaders and executives who volunteer their time and expertise to score submissions.

This is particularly exciting as the disruption we highlighted in our application was adding employee onboarding to our platform, so this marks our first official onboarding award win.

HiringThing hit a significant milestone this year by going multiproduct. For the past ten years we’ve been the premier white and private label applicant tracking system, helping organizations add recruiting capabilities. We’ve helped companies expand their products—and preach the benefits of being multiproduct—and felt it was the right time to expand our platform with our new employee onboarding solution, a natural fit for hiring. 

Employee onboarding is also an in-demand market. 93% of employers said good onboarding is crucial to employee retention, only 12% of employees strongly agree their organization has strong onboarding, and 36% of employers say lack of employee onboarding tech is their main hurdle to a strong experience.
