HiringThing Won Two Golden Globee® Awards in The American Best in Business Award Program that Reflect a Stellar Year
We’re not ones to brag (well, maybe a little), but despite a challenging hiring landscape, HiringThing had an unprecedentedly successful 2021.
What do we think drove this recent success? Our recent Globee® Award wins have validated that it’s been a combination of the fantastic team we’ve put together combined with being the only private label applicant tracking system (ATS) of our caliber. HiringThing goes beyond the typical white-label branding by offering our partners a robust tech platform and open API (allowing them to fully transform the recruiting solutions they can use or offer their customers).
This year, HiringThing has won two Gold Globee® Awards in the 7th Annual 2022 American Best in Business Awards. HiringThing won for “Achievement On the Rise” and “Platform as a Service.”
What are the Globees®?
The Globee® Awards are the world’s premier business awards consisting of nine award programs. Globee Awards are conferred in nine programs and competitions: including the American Best in Business Awards program, which recognizes the achievements of the country’s top executives, employees, teams, company performance, and products & services.
Last year, HiringThing won two Gold Globee® Awards for Company of the Year in the Cloud Computing/SaaS/Internet category, along with Most Effective Use of HR Technology.
Achievement on the Rise

Hiring was the number one small business challenge in 2021, continuing into this year—a recent Goldman Sachs survey of 10,000 small businesses found every participating respondent had trouble hiring. Our private label applicant tracking system (ATS) allows our partners to help their customers with their top challenges.
While the HiringThing ATS is still available to direct clients, it is HiringThing’s private label capabilities that enabled this past year’s rise in achievement. HiringThing’s leadership saw the opportunity to pivot from catering primarily to direct users to the relatively untapped private label partnerships and decided to capitalize on that.

HiringThing also won the “Platform as a Service” award in the Product, Service, and Solution category since our modern recruiting Platform as a Service (PaaS) provides customers with a framework to add seamless recruiting capabilities to their solutions.
