Job Boards
You can select from the list of partner job boards available to you on the Online Recruiting Manager (accessed via the Post to Job Boards page) for each job posting in your HiringThing account. We have a wide variety of partner job boards that cover local, national and even specialty areas. We even offer syndication on our free job board network.
Social Media
If you have an account on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and/or Google+, you can easily post your open positions through the Online Recruiting Manager for each job. The social media share icons are located at the top of the page. You can learn more about how to share your jobs through our free social media widgets here .
Careers Page
Every HiringThing subscription plan comes with a careers page where you can showcase all of your active positions. Your HiringThing careers page URL can be found on your dashboard (see screenshot below). Make sure you customize your careers page by uploading your company’s logo and selecting a matching color scheme.
Company Website
In today’s interconnected world where “Google” has become a verb, most applicants are going to spend some time on your company’s website before applying to your job postings. Make sure you’ve got your open positions featured on your company’s career page so you aren’t missing out on job seekers, whether they are active or passive. Using our Jobs Widget, you can add the active postings in your HiringThing account right onto your company careers page simply by copying and pasting the custom code we provide you.
Other Online Options
Each job posting you create in your HiringThing account comes with a unique URL, or joblink, that enables you to post it online anywhere you want. If you don’t see your favorite job board on our Online Recruiting Manager, feel free to get in touch and tell us about it . We’re always happy to reach out to new job boards to explore partnership opportunities. You can also post directly on any job board you find using your job’s unique joblink so all of your applicants are directed to apply via your HiringThing application, where you can easily manage and communicate with applicants.
