We launched our applicant tracking system in a highly competitive market but evolved our business model when we discovered a gap in the market regarding white and private label hiring solutions other businesses could use to quickly and efficiently help their customers solve one of their top business challenges. We’ve noticed another gap in the market: employee onboarding.
