Thank You, NAPEO26: What's Next for Our PEO Partnerships

NAPEO's 2026 Annual Conference & Marketplace was full of fantastic days of partnership conversations. Here's what we heard, what it means for our current integrations, and what's coming next.

What's inside:

  • What the conversations at Marco Island covered
  • Why our existing PEO software integrations kept coming up
  • What's next, including how to follow up with our team

NAPEO's Annual Conference & Marketplace wrapped up in Marco Island last week, and we're still thinking through everything we heard. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, sat down with our team, or just said hello in passing. This conference was all about talking through where PEO partnerships are headed, and we wanted to share some of that here.

The Conversations That Stood Out

Most of our time at the event went into real conversations with our partners. They came by with specific questions about our roadmap, how systems work together day to day, and the challenges their clients face. A recurring theme across nearly every conversation was partnership itself: the strength of the technology partner, how deeply systems connect, and the investment behind the PEO relationship over time.

Our Existing Integrations Came Up Constantly

Our integrations with major PEO software platforms were a natural entry point into a lot of these conversations. Partners asked how candidate data moves from our ATS into their existing systems, what happens during onboarding handoffs, and how quickly new integrations can be stood up when a PEO adds a client on a different platform. The feedback reinforced something we already believed: compatibility with existing tech stacks has become a core expectation in how PEOs evaluate vendors.

What This Means for Current Clients

For clients already using our ATS alongside one of our integrated PEO platforms, this week confirmed that the direction you're on is the right one. The questions we fielded at the conference reflect exactly the kind of connected, low-friction setup you're already benefiting from. Any roadmap decisions that come out of these conversations will be shaped with that same priority: keeping your systems talking to each other without added work on your end.

Thank You Again

Our team is following up directly with everyone we connected with at the booth over the next couple of weeks. If we didn’t get a chance to connect in Marco Island, feel free to reach out.

NAPEO26 reminded us why we do this work. Thank you for the conversations, the questions, and the trust so many of you continue to place in our partnership.
