HiringThing feels very privileged to have a three-year-long winning streak for the esteemed Globee Awards, winning two in 2021 and two in 2022. This year, we decided to shake things up and enter a brand-new category: Tech Innovator of the Year: Product, which we won!

Tech Innovators of the Year for Product

They allow organizations to develop proprietary recruiting solutions fast and to their specifications, giving these partners new revenue streams, market expansion opportunities, and ways for them to stand out in increasingly competitive markets.
We’re constantly innovating to empower our customers to solve hiring challenges in new ways. One product addition we’re particularly excited about is our AI-Enabled Job Descriptions. We surveyed our ATS end users and found it took nearly 60% of them over an hour to write a quality job description. This embedded feature lets users create unique, dynamic job descriptions in just minutes utilizing OpenAI’s GPT-3 technology that powers the much-buzzed-about ChatGPT.
Other recent enhancements include:
- Our Partner Marketplace enables self-serve connections to third-party integrations—including asynchronous video tools, pre-assessment testing, and WOTC services—enabling seamless hiring experiences. Some new integration partners include Canvass video interviewing and Criteria Corp pre-employment assessments.
- In-app tutorials guide users through key workflows to optimize the user experience, and our customer-facing knowledge base has been redesigned with a modern card layout and more intuitive navigation.
- Job applicants can now reschedule or cancel their interviews, hiring managers can insert their names into message templates, and scorecards allow hiring teams to capture candidate reviews for the criteria most important to them.
- API updates include new functionalities that allow integration partners to create Form Builder™ responses, fetch offer letters, sort custom fields, purchase job advertisements (singly or in bulk), sort/filter/search job boards by price, allow the addition of job salary fields and pay frequency to jobs, and allow the retrieval of all signed applicant documents under a company/account via API.
- We added new API endpoints to manage integration partners in our Partner Marketplace by partner, to fetch all companies’ specific user access levels, and allow users to get all applicant and job tags on an account.
- We’ve significantly expanded our Developer Program, enabling more integration partners to build integrations with our platform.
- Regarding platform security, we’ve significantly improved our BCDR (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery), enhancements were made to email deliverability and page load times, and we migrated a new vulnerability scanner that enhances our visibility into vulnerabilities throughout third-party software libraries in use.
